Originally from Jersey, Channel Islands, I graduated in 2016 with a BSc in Physiotherapy from Liverpool. Following this, I spent three years working within the UK National Health Service, where I gained extensive clinical experience across a variety of areas, including acute medical care, trauma, post-surgical recovery, neurological rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal therapy. I have developed a strong passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and have since focused my practice exclusively in this area.
In May 2019, I relocated to New Zealand, drawn by the country’s renowned outdoor and adventure lifestyle. Last year, I moved to Dunedin to pursue my Master's, which has allowed me to re-engage with the academic world and further enhance my clinical expertise.
I live for any outdoor adventure including skiing, climbing, trail running, mountain biking, paragliding, diving and surfing!
