When booking an online appointment you will need to select the type of appointment you require:

• ACC Initial - an initial consultation for an ACC covered injury. *Please select this option if you have been treated for the same injury elsewhere but have not had a consultation for the injury within Roslyn Physio. 
• ACC Follow up  - a follow up consultation for an existing ACC covered injury that has been treated within Roslyn Physio in the past.
• Private Initial - an initial consultation for a condition not covered by ACC.
• Private Follow up - a follow up consultation for a condition not covered by ACC that has been treated within Roslyn Physio in the past.
• Telehealth options - If you are not able to attend the clinic due to sickness, travel, isolation etc., then we offer telehealth options for both ACC and private consultations.
